Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by our committee. 

You will be contacted via email to confirm or deny your application. 

Fees and sponsorship opportunities will be discussed at that time. 

All fees are payable immediately following acceptance. 

No refunds will be issued for any reason. 

All paid fees will be considered a donation to our organization.
